Carnival Hours (Subject to Change)

Thursday: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Friday: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am to 11:30 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

Yes, there is a separate charge for the carnival tickets/wristbands that can be purchased with Davis Carnival.

Chelan County Fair offers a presale discounted wristband between August 1-15, 2024. After that, all tickets can be purchased with Davis Carnival.

No, the rodeo is free with your admission ticket to the fair.

No, all concerts are free with your admission ticket into the fair.

We do accept local checks, Cash and Credit/Debit are gladly accepted.

Yes, we have multiple ATM's located on the grounds.

Our vendors DO NOT accept checks, but most do take cards, however some only take cash.

NO, for the safety of our patrons and the animals, pets are NOT allowed on the grounds during the fair, with the exception of service dogs or animals that are competing or are part of a booked entertainment attraction.

The following items are prohibited on the Fairgrounds premises:

WEAPONS (except those permitted by law), BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, INLINE SKATES, ROLLER SKATES, MOTORIZED VEHICLES AND PETS.

Backpacks and bags are subject to search.

ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL.

Yes, all entertainment with the exception of Davis Carnival is included with your admission ticket into the fair. 

The concert gates open at 6:00pm and the show starts at 7:30pm
