Circus Luminescence is an award-winning performance duo from Portland, Oregon that specializes in catching almost as much as they throw! Made up of Eli March and Scramble James, two friends who met in college and decided desk jobs were for suckers, they have won the 2018 IJA Gold Medal for Teams Juggling, & the 2017 & 2018 Fire Entertainer of the Year competitions.
