Owen Barnhart is a country solo artist, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Washington State’s North Cascades. He is a Northwest CMA finalist and two-time nominee, and his performances have included opening for country artist Jake Owen. Raised in the remote mountain town of Stehekin and descended from early Lake Chelan homesteaders, Owen discovered music as a child while navigating alopecia, a rare form of hair loss that helped shape his resilience and creative voice. He delivers soulful performances and distinctive takes on Country and Americana classics, performing full-time across the Northwestern U.S. at farms, festivals, wineries, songwriter events, and charity functions. His influences include Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Sturgill Simpson.
